What is Mesotherapy with Teosyal®?

Mesotherapy involves multiple injections using a very fine needle, immediately beneath the surface of the skin. It will help to improve circulation, replace lost vitamins, minerals and amino acids, or boost levels of hyaluronic acid.

Capable of absorbing one thousand times its weight in water, TEOSYAL® Meso is an extremely powerful skin hydrator. Thanks to its viscoelastic properties, it maintains the hydration and strengthens the elasticity and tone of the skin.

To make the treatment as comfortable as possible for you, I will numb the area to be treated first. Then, the fillers are injected under the surface of the skin.

Initially, it is generally necessary to have 2 to 3 treatments within 2 to 4 weeks. Maintenance treatments should be carried out at intervals of 2 to 3 months to obtain a satisfactory result of hydration of the skin.

Potential side effects of Teosyal®?

Side effects of using products within the Teosyal range include redness and discomfort at the treatment site as well as injection-related side effects such as itching, pain, swelling and tenderness. These however will usually resolve themselves within a few days however this may take up to a week with lip augmentation.

It is recommended that Teosyal products should be avoided should you have a known hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid or are pregnant or breast feeding.
